We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. Exchanges are offered only for damaged or wrong items. No refunds are issued after the order is confirmed.

Customized or personalized products and items purchased on sale are not eligible for return. For approved returns, the customer must cover ₹100 return shipping charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders require a 40% advance payment. An additional ₹100 COD charge applies. Orders are processed only after advance payment is confirmed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted.
